What are the benefits of Zoho Payroll? Time Management: Employees can easily track their time worked through detailed timesheets. This includes both billable & non-billable hours. Managers can keep track of the time spent on various tasks throughout the day using real-time dashboards. It also allows users to export these recorded timesheets as CSV files for payroll processing. Managers can schedule work hours, approve or reject employee requests for leave of absence, mark sick leaves, etc.

Payroll & Tax: The system will help you calculate the gross salary and deductions based on employees’ state, City, and designation. It automatically calculates withholdings such as income tax, TDS (Tax Deducted at Source), etc. If the employee is entitled to any Government benefits such as PF, gratuity, etc., it can be linked to Zoho Payroll, and all calculations are done correctly.
