Some people are born with excellent empathy abilities and are successful in certain sectors like client services positions and businesses but to train someone is not as easy as you right think and it must be done in a manner that is not forced or heavy-handed.

  • 1 – ACTIVE LISTENING:
    improvising or role-playing where clients are played by the employee is one way that you can train them with ease and is a good starting point.
  • 2 -. HANDLING RIDICULOUS REQUESTS OR SITUATIONS:
    many times we feel clients requests are totally ridiculous or just rude but can just be a plain misunderstanding and the best way is to put yourself in that person’s shoes and try and understand how it would be if you don’t know how or what is going on, nor how to ask for something and the employee just wants you to get on with it and move on!
