When the light is blinking on your Aerogarden it’s time to either water or feed your plant. Once you’ve done this you’ll want to press the button so that it’ll start blinking again when your plant is in need of more attention.

You’ll soon discover that your aero plant will grow about 5 times faster than plants grown in a traditional garden. In fact, most seed around in 3 – 14 days. For instance, it’ll take 4 – 5 weeks for basil to grow in a traditional garden but only about a month in an Aerogarden. This means that you’ll be able to enjoy eating the tomatoes from your garden in 12 – 14 weeks and salad greens in about a month.

Choosing the Right Plants

You need to take the amount of space in your garden into consideration when you’re deciding what to plant.
