User experience
Which of these platforms offers the best user experience (UX)? In this aspect, Shopify has the right features. Its interface is clean, clear and intuitive. It will guide you step by step in the configuration of your store without detours or complications. In addition, you can customize any of your topics very easily without having to access your code.
Magento interface is not extremely inaccessible. However, it requires a more experienced user with knowledge of programming or web design. So at the UX level, one could say that this tool is not the best option for beginners because it requires a lengthy learning curve.
However, for those more experienced users, Magento is still an attractive option. For them, it will become a powerful ally due to the infinite possibilities of personalization that it offers.
In contrary, Shopify offers a content management system for different users with varying levels of technical skills. It is special for those who do not want to ever see an HTML code.
