Stripping is a profession that has been around for centuries, and while it has been traditionally dominated by male strippers, female strippers have become increasingly popular in recent years. However, despite the growing presence of female strippers, there are still many reasons why female strippers are protected more than male strippers. And the reasons are not far-fetched.
1.Gender-Based Discrimination
Gender-based discrimination is one of the most common reasons why female strippers are protected more than male strippers. In many cases, female strippers are seen as more desirable and attractive than male strippers, and as a result, they are often given preferential treatment.
For example, female strippers may be given better pay, more flexible hours, and more opportunities to perform than their male counterparts.
2. Stereotypes
Stereotypes are another reason why female strippers are protected more. Female strippers are often seen as being more glamorous and sophisticated, and as a result, they may be given more respect and admiration.
Additionally, these strippers may be seen as being more sexually attractive and may be given more attention from customers and employers.
3.Safety Concerns
Safety concerns cannot be left. Female strippers are considered more vulnerable to physical and sexual assault than male strippers. To this end, they may be given more protection from employers and customers.
These ladies are more likely to be taken advantage of and they may be given more safeguards to ensure their safety.
4. Social Stigma
Female strippers may be seen as being more socially unacceptable than male strippers, so it is a no brainer they get more protection from employers and customers.
5.Legal Protection
Female strippers are likely to face legal repercussions for their actions than their male colleagues. So their employers will go to all length to make them comfortable while at the job.
While this is not always fair or justifiable, it is important to recognize that these differences exist in order to ensure that all people in the profession of stripping are treated with the respect that they deserve.
The female stripper is vulnerable while performing on stage or when she meets a clients and in several other circumstance.
It is the duty of her employer to put in measures to mitigate customers from trespassing. Otherwise, the environment becomes an unsafe place for them to function. Male strippers have little to worry about when it comes to sexual harassment at the work place, hence they get less protection from the management. Know more here!
